Qwick connects Prep Cooks with hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering companies, and retirement community kitchens. Job duties will include following a prep list to prepare fruit, vegetables, meat, and seafood. Including preparing ingredients for production, measurements, and proper food handling and storage procedures. It is vital that this position understands food safety and sanitation practices and strives to maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent cross-contamination and maintain health standards enforced by DHEC.
