Qwick Go is simply a guest checkout version of the Qwick staffing platform. It allows businesses to browse a live marketplace of available hospitality professionals (Pros) and add them to a digital cart to book for specific shifts. It’s designed for one-off needs or businesses that want to skip the traditional account setup process.

Every Pro on the Qwick platform has already passed a rigorous multi-step vetting process. This includes: Experience verification (at least one year in their specific role). A 1:1 evaluation or orientation. Role-specific quizzes and certifications (like food safety or alcohol handling). Performance ratings from other local businesses they’ve worked for.

Once you complete your purchase, the Pros you selected are notified immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with their details and instructions on how to coordinate for the shift. If a specific Pro becomes unavailable for any reason, we will automatically find a high-rated replacement so your shift stays covered.

No hidden fees. The price you see in your cart is the all-in hourly rate, which includes the Pro’s pay, insurance coverage (W-2 or 1099 as applicable), and the platform fee.
