Hospitality is the hardest, richest training ground for embodied AI.
Every Qwick pro brings hundreds of hours of skilled, dexterous, real-world experience — the kind of messy, multi-modal environment that breaks lab-trained robots.
We don't just send you workers. We send you the right workers, with the right skills, wired up and ready to generate the data your models actually need.
Almost full coverage across the United States.
Qwick is live in every major metro in the country — from LA to NYC, Miami to Seattle, and dozens of mid-size cities in between. If your robots are going where people live and work, we already have boots on the ground.
Two million vetted pros, 100+ active markets, and a local operator in every region. Spin up a new city in days, not quarters.
From brief to deployment in days, not quarters.
A five-phase workflow designed for robotics teams who need to move fast without compromising data quality, worker safety, or compliance.
We learn your roadmap, data spec, and geographic footprint. You meet our robotics solutions lead — not a generic sales rep.
We define the skill profile, certifications, and shift structure. Pros are screened against your exact requirements and trained on your SOPs.
First shifts live in 72 hours. We run a supervised pilot, iterate on capture methodology, and tune for quality before scale.
Ramp from 1 to 1,000+ pros across markets. Data, ops logs, and metrics flow through your preferred pipeline, on your cadence.
Your models improve — so does our capture spec. Dedicated ops managers run quarterly program reviews and adjust workforce mix as your roadmap evolves.
The long tail of physical-world tasks, solved.
If a robot can't do it yet — or if you need ground truth to prove one can — Qwick's got hands on the ground.

Last-mile delivery fleet ops
Sidewalk delivery bot company needed 24/7 battery swap and pickup/drop-off coverage without standing up their own workforce. Qwick runs the on-the-ground layer.
Cleaning robot escalation network
Commercial cleaning robot partner needed round-the-clock humans for obstacle escalation and daily visual QA of robot-cleaned spaces across hospitality venues.
The questions robotics teams actually ask.
How fast can we launch a pilot?
Most pilots go live within one week of signed paperwork. For standard captures (egocentric video of common kitchen tasks, for example) the bottleneck is typically NDA/MSA review — not workforce. Custom or high-security programs run 2–3 weeks to launch.
What data formats do you deliver, and how?
Raw video (MP4/MOV), depth if captured, IMU streams as CSV/Parquet, labels as JSON/COCO, and custom schemas on request. Delivery by direct push to your S3/GCS bucket, SFTP, or via API. Dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or custom.
Who owns the captured data?
You do. Qwick's standard MSA assigns IP in captured data to the commissioning partner at the point of capture. We don't reuse your data for our own training or sell it to third parties.
Do pros use our equipment or yours?
Either. We operate an approved device program with GoPro, Project Aria, Meta Quest, and custom rigs. If you want to ship your own hardware, we run the logistics, chain-of-custody, and device-level audit trails.
How do you ensure data diversity?
Qwick's network spans 100+ markets with hospitality pros of every skill level, age, gender, and background. We tag captures with diversity metadata and provide per-dataset diversity reports — important for reducing bias in VLA training.
What's the commercial model?
For training data: hourly rate per pro + per-hour capture/QA surcharge + optional subscription for ongoing programs. For fleet ops and HITL: monthly retainer with SLA tiers + consumption overage. Volume-based discounts at scale.
Can you scale internationally?
US-wide is live across 100+ markets today. Select international markets via partner networks. If you need global rollout, we'll brief you on the regions we can staff directly versus where we'd stand up capacity on your behalf.
How do you handle privacy and consent?
Standardized consent capture for every worker, every session — including biometric/video release. When we capture on client premises, we collect location releases too. We also support automated face-blur, right-to-delete workflows, and custom consent flows for sensitive environments.
The bottleneck for physical AI isn't compute — it's high-quality human data from the real world. Qwick's hospitality network is exactly the kind of skilled, diverse workforce that moves our roadmap forward.— CTO, humanoid robotics company
