How Qwick Helped Rosemary’s Catering Fill Over 800 Positions for Breeder’s Cup 2022

Rosemary's Catering, a leading catering company in the Louisville area, was tasked with providing food and beverage service for the Breeders' Cup, a prestigious horse racing event held on November 4th and 5th, 2022. The large-scale catering event took place at an off-site venue and they served 14,000 guests over a Friday and Saturday. Rosemary's Catering needed to ensure they had enough staff to handle the large crowd including line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, runners, servers, and buffet attendants.
