To determine this year’s top Qwick pros, we looked at the professionals in each city who worked the most shifts in 2025 while consistently earning top ratings. These standout individuals demonstrated exceptional work ethic and shared their talents far and wide, bringing reliable support to businesses in need while consistently putting smiles on the faces of those they served.

We asked the top pros above to reflect on their experiences this year—and their responses made one thing clear: flexibility, variety, and people are at the heart of what makes Qwick work.

Across cities and roles, the most common themes from our top pros were remarkably consistent. Pros highlighted enjoying:

• Flexibility and control over when and how much they work—no mandatory holidays, no long-term commitments, and the ability to choose shifts that fit their lives. Ryan D. of Portland, OR pointed out, “It’s not just [the flexibility of working] WHEN you want to, but for WHO you work for.”

• Consistency and opportunity, including direct offers, repeat businesses, and reliable access to work

• People and environment, from working alongside other professionals to being welcomed by supportive teams and thoughtful managers

Many pros also shared how much they value variety—new venues, new teams, and new experiences that keep each shift interesting and engaging. Kimberly V. of Greensboro, NC said it best: “Every day is a new adventure.” 

When it comes to pros' favorite Qwick shifts, pros weren’t just naming job titles—they were sharing experiences and how guests and teams made them feel. The most-loved shifts shared a few things in common:

• Respectful, appreciative teams who treat pros like part of the crew

• Opportunities to use and grow their skills, whether that’s cooking, serving, bartending, or barista work

• Shifts where their impact can be felt, like weddings with appreciative brides/grooms or helping older folks at senior living facilities

• “It was a Spicy Green Gourmet shift off-site at a cafe in a Pokémon card-making facility. They had more security than the White House!” - Kimberly V. (Greensboro, NC) 

• “Petee’s Pie Co., barista shift. What made it memorable for me was the environment and how everyone around was patient and friendly. I did learn a lot and enjoyed working there. Plus the pies taste amazing!” - Ahmed B. (New York, NY)
