‘Tis the season for celebrations and libations! While we know how to throw a party here at Qwick, we also know our Professionals are the true experts when it comes to making a great holiday cocktail (or two.) So throughout the month, we’ll be sharing some of our Professionals’ favorite holiday recipes, starting with a Holiday Mule from San Diego Professional, Sarita Buer.
I like it because it’s a fresh holiday drink that is both crisp and pleasing to the eye like a little holiday wreath! — Sarita
Before joining the Qwick platform in February, Sarita had been bartending for about three years. She started honing her skills at home, using her partner as a “very willing” taste tester. Once she got her skills to a good point, she attended Master of Bartending School in San Diego where she found a wonderful teacher.
These days, she mostly works mobile and event bartending gigs because she likes that she gets to be a part of the celebration.
Serve Sarita’s Holiday Mule at your next celebration, and it’s sure to be one to remember.
Holiday Mule
1.5oz vodka
.5oz fresh lime juice
4oz ginger beer
Splash of cranberry juice
Mix the vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug and fill with ice. Add lime juice and a splash of cranberry juice. Top with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Put your bartending skills to use OR bring in talented bartenders to your business.
