Here at Qwick, we’re incredibly proud of our innovative tech, but we’re even prouder of our incredible team. So we’re taking a moment to shine the spotlight on rockstar team members that help make Qwick a Great Place to Work.

If you’re a Qwick Business, chances are high that you’ve worked with this account guru before. She’s always ready with a helping hand and an infectious smile, making our partners’ lives easier by listening to what they need and finding the solutions. Meet Courtney Gulseth.

What do you do at Qwick, and what’s your favorite part of working here?

I’m the Director of Enterprise Accounts, so I’m the liaison between our partners (Businesses) and different departments on our team. It is important that we are building what our partners want/need, so I am an advocate for them, gathering feedback, bringing it back to our Eng/Design/Ops teams, and then watching things come to life!

My favorite part about working at Qwick is the team! I’m surrounded by so many amazingly talented people, I constantly feel empowered, challenged, and inspired.

Where are you from, and what do you miss most about it?

I’m from Wisconsin! I miss my family, the rain, and being able to easily attend Green Bay Packer games! I am so thankful that Qwick puts family first. They allow me the flexibility to see my family more than I’ve been able to in the last 10 years since moving to Arizona.

If you could have a dinner party with three people, alive or not, who would they be and what would you serve?

Ellen Degeneres, Princess Diana, and Brett Favre. I love making bite-size, adorably decorated food! I’d make an assortment of elegant, bite-size apps and desserts (plenty of vegan options for my girl Ellen), and probably lasagna for the main course.

What motivates you to work hard?

Truly believing that I am making a difference. Qwick is giving Professionals an opportunity to earn income that works with their life. We are providing Businesses with a solution to understaffing, in multiple cases allowing them to grow their business larger than they could have without us. As long as we are positively impacting people’s lives, I will continue to do my part in helping Qwick become Arizona’s next billion-dollar business!

What is your favorite vacation you’ve ever taken?

I surprised my parents on their annual cruise two years ago. (Check out the photo above to see our awesome, matching shirts!) They have done so much for me,  being able to show them how much they mean by choosing to spend my money and time off from work to be with them made that trip special. The destinations didn’t matter, it was all about making memories with them.

What are you most grateful for?

My friends & family, the Qwick team for being my AZ family, Gizmo (my rescue pup), and my Green Bay Packers!
